VIDEO SCRIP. This is an example of a basic video script use by our 
company. We can adapt this script to suit your needs. 

The Morning of the Wedding 

We will arrive one hour before the event . We will take video and stills of 
the exterior and interior of the venue. These takes are used , with 
appropriate music, to create the opening for the video. We will set the 
scene by including the flowers and decoration. We want you to remember 
this day. 

Bride's Preparations 

If required, we will send a videographer to your home or hotel to film 
your final preparations before the ceremony. 

Groom's Preparations 

If required, we will send a videographer to the hotel or church to film the 
Groom and groomsmen getting ready. 

The Arrivals 

With two cameras we capture the arrival of your parents, guests and 
Bridal Party. 

The Ceremony 

We film the ceremony in its entirety. We assign one camera to the bride, 
one camera to the groom and family and another camera at the rear 
looking at the aisle to capture everything. At the beginning of the 
ceremony this camera is set at wide-angle to establish the shot. During 
the vows, ring exchange, first kiss and recessional the camera is set at 
medium close-up and close-up of the couple and to capture the exist. 

The Photos 

If allowed, we videotape the photo session. This footage is edited and 
added to the end of your video as a short movie. Music background is 
added. We try not to interfere with the photographer. 

The Reception 

Before the Reception begins we will capture in video and stills the table 
settings, the cake and decorations. We will contact the DJ and/or master 
of Ceremony to coordinate the “show.” At the reception we will capture 
the arrival of the guests and short takes of the cocktail hour. We will 
continue filming the arrival and presentation of the Wedding Party and 
newlyweds, the First Dance, Parents Dance and Wedding Party Dance. 

During the meal, we turn the cameras off. 


The Toast & the Wedding Cake 

Following the meal we will continue filming all traditional events: Toast, 
Cutting of the Cake, Bouquet and Garter Toss, impromptu presentations, 
etc.. Our cameras will be equipped with video lights. 

Lets Dance 

During the evening we will try to capture the spirit of the occasion by 
video taping your guests enjoying themselves on the dance floor. 

The Highlights 

To conclude the Video Package a selection of 30 to 40 photographs taken 
by our own photographer and edited together to music to provide a short 
summary of your wedding day.
